+ The photo series on the people of FAVELA - Ilha de Deus and their surroundings in Recife [Brazil] is a photo documentation of an extremely poor community executed in 2003. Besides the images she interviewed the people there. It was also shown the cooperation project with Brazilian photographer Isaías Belo, who uses pinhole photography.
In addition to the photo project I sold designer t-shirts and designer-fabric bags to support the *Caranguejo Uca. The project group located in Brazil promotes the social, economic, political and cultural growth of the FAVELA - Ilha de Deus projects.
In March 2005 I had a show in Munich supported by Munich Brazilian Association 'Casa do Brasil inc.'. There was also an online presentation as well as an article published regarding the show in the German-Brazilian magazine, BRAZINE, No. 13 which circulates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
